Headlight Conversion...

I havent checked yet, but what headlight unit is used for the low beam on the LT1 style Camaro...i noticed i have a passenger low beam out...it pissed me off...i was hoping it would do it when i ordered my new headlights but that wont be for another months or two...

When i replace this headlight im going to work on the unit to make the conversion kit myself like several of you guys on here have done..

When installing the 9006's and 9005's, i have read that rewiring the wires to the bulbs being that they will be running hotter and more wattage...is this true...bc i dont need my wiring to be burnt up after a while...

I'd just go with a h3 or h4 bulb if you are doin the conversion.

those arent the right kind.

the 9006 is the low beam, the 9005 is the high beam.

Well im starting the project tonight being i got two new headlight im tearing apart the old ones...i got one out...working on the second now...
