cars on hold...paints on hold...everything is on hold until i get a job. my paint job could have turned out really nice...but my paint is too cheap. not being able to wetsand it absolutely sucks. my plans are to just put it back together as is and park it behind the garage until i have some money. my paint would have been ok but my paint gun started shitting out on me like half way through my door and now that looks like ****. the only things i had left to do were my driver side door and both bumpers..somehow a rag was left on my hood with paint thinner in it and it ate my ****** paint all the way down to the primer. i dont think i even have enough paint to redo my hood after finishing all the other stuff. so my plan is when i get some money to pretty much start over. going to do the same color probably but not metallic, and one that i can clear and wetsand. also i am probly gonna do it two tone. bottom half midnight blue, top have silver. for now im just trying to get a job

and another thing... when i repaint it...im gonna do it 100% the right way. buy a really good gun and stuff. as for the car, a new hood will be on its way along with some other custom stuff that im still trying to decide about.

wow that sucks. well a job will be good and you got some good practice with the painting so yeah cars will still be cars they don't have to be done right away the malibu has taken like half a year just for a new motor and finally we are buttoning it down this weekend but hey take your time do it right and the new paint plans sound like a good idea

well... turns out i have enough paint to finish my car. so im gonna be doing that. ill get pics soon. should still look pretty sweet but idk. ill still repaint it again later. if my gun didn't stop working it would all be good. good news is my car runs really good now. welded in my o2 bung and put my new sensor in finally. put my stock intake back on after i gutted the **** out of it and i threw a muffler on there too. runs so sweet now. im happy. just wanna get this paint **** finished now
