I took mine off too. Looks better in my opinion but now I gotta get something to get the greenish-yellow gluey crap off. Any suggestions? Goo gone?

hey guess what... two people i know that work at different body shops said that i need to put it back on...they said after a while the paint will start to chip from the heat.

I think it will chip anyway... Especially if you drive it in winter.

the heat won't effect it, aftermarket hoods never have it, and rarely does the paint fail (heat won't cause chipping btw) if your engine gets hot enough to effect the paint (the sun gets pretty warm on top) then you have other issues

i dont think ur friends are right i dont think hoods even come with that stuff when u get them aftermarkt sometimes and paint getting hot wont make it chip away
