How can you tell the difference between LT1 and LT4 heads?

I'm looking around for some LT4 heads and if I buy some used I want to be able to tell the difference so I don't get screwed.

hmm. i dont know if u actually can, i think there internas are just different, but i may be wrong

why (have a few friends who will give you theirs if you don't mind them being in pieces, they went to autos)
