korndogg is an unknown quantity at this point
yeah I know but still lol...I dunno. If I owned a track I would much rather have a tech there and possibly save someones life rather than not paying a tech to be there and one or more people dieing because of some idiot.

basically they do everything they can to get the responsibility from tehm, if they supply a tech guy and somehow those brainiacs get past it and die you become responsible no matter what waivers you have

it was more than 350, it would be similar to pouring gas in the cylinder instead of an injector

I dunno how many of you have seen nitrous lines and the fittings that go with it..but that was probably more like a 450-500 shot if not more. Opening up the bottle directly towards the air cleaner is just dumb.

If I were the track tech I would have let them do it. See, most everyone thinks that nitrous causes a car to blow up Fast and Furious style, but it won't. Nitrous alone will not blow up- all it basically does is add oxygen to the motor. And a virtually stock motor getting the equivilant of a 6 or 7 second drag car nitrous shot isn't really going to hurt anyone. The car did exactly what it should have- revved to the moon and then stopped.

I would have loved to see it though...

hehe yeah, but I think pure oxygen would need to be stored cryogenically(sp). i.e Space shuttle liquid fuel tank.

Also a good acident would leave a crater in the intersection.

I know this thread is a bit old, but I just thought it was rather funny... I wonder what he ran, if he even had any fuel to go along with that much O2!!! How dumb can someone be!
