Mixing sparks?

As most of you know, I am in the process of installing a nitrous kit on my car. I am making sure to do everything right the first time, and part of this is changing out the spark plugs from NGK TR55 to NGK TR6 plugs. My question is this: Is it ok to drive a couple days with the two different type of plugs mixed together? The car is my daily driver and I need it to get me back and forth to work each day. I want to start changing out the plugs tonight while I have the car in the air. So I will get to the plugs that are easier to get to underneath the car tonight, and then the plugs I can get from the top on my next set of days off. Does this sound ok, or should I wait until I can do them all at once?

I wouldn't recommend it, but it you have to do it in a pinch for a short period of time I don't think it would obviously ruin the motor. But it will create a little difference in cyc as some of them will burn hotter than others.

If it were me I would just wait to them all at the same time so that there would be no worry. If you decide you have to do them in stages, I would be certain not to drive the car hard while they are different.

It would not be driven hard at all. I live about 5 minutes from work and I usually just laugh at the people that try and run me.

Well, my skidoo, i run br10es on a good packed trail.. and br8es in fluffly wet deep snow.. well, we went on a trip..i had the 10's in and my buddy fouled one of his 9's so i gave him my 8's.. few hours later i fouled one of my 10's so he gave me his good 9. and the skidoo ran fine at idle but at 30mph it sucked.. popping and stuff.. so we stopped looked at the plugs.. they both were firing great.. and were brown.. So we decided to run it.. and it sucked..

Long story short. we get to an old like small town.. ad we get gas/oil and we looked at some plugs.. they had 1 br8es and a bunch of br8hs or something.. it had the h in it.. which meant diffrent thread size.. we were like ****! so we bought the br8es and tried everything to get it to work.. and it just doesnt do the trick.. so we thought maybe it was my sled.. i swapped plugs with my buddy, and mine screamed.. His was fine until it warmed up and did the samething as it did to mine..

I wouldnt chance it....

Looks like I can get a ride to work until my days off. I won't have to chance it even though I think it would have been ok. I already have the driver side done, now it is time to move to the passenger side. Wish me luck.
