I't's not my **** rims (as I thought), I'm losing power. Their are two options, one the belt is slipping (which is very doubtful) or the pump is dying (most likly problem). Mechanic thought the pump was fine cuz it was making no noise.

if it was belt the alternator and water pump would have the same issue, could be rack also, or simply air in the system

Only reason I do not think it is the rack is cause I lost steering in my drive way. When I turned the wheel I didn't hear the pump working.

Turns out I have a water leak. It can be from a hoses or the water pump but odds are it is the water pump. Now I have to decide if it is worth the money to upgrade to an electrical pump. Either way my *** has to carry around a jug for a little while.
