would be if u got ure pcm tuned. I shoulda done that but i didnt think about it so I had shorties on for emissions reasons and the shop said they wouldnt put em on cuz of that so i was like alright shorties it is so there in my garage...

I think it depends on teh state, tehy are not technically emissions legal, but some states allow them
