I opted for the stage 8 locking bolts, and they were worth it. I don't had/have to wrry about them backing out, or re-tightening them after the install. it's a pretty decent price.

$48 is a decent price? Im guessing stage 8 is just a higher quality? Sorry, Im not real familiar.
