New track times

I didnt know where to put this cuz I didnt see a Racing Section so I put it here since its a V6

We dont have a 1/4 track anywhere close to us here in Omaha, so we have to settle for an 1/8 mile track.

I havent posted track times on here before, but my previous personal best is 8.68 @ 79 mph 2.05 60'. I killed that this weekend

Dual stage 125 shot, minor weight reduction and 35 psi in Nitto 555R drag radials. Check my Cardomain for full mod list (page 2)

Run 1:
60'....1.98 <--- pb
1/8....8.51 <---- pb
trap...82 mph <---- pb

That run kicked @ss!!

Run 2:
60'.....1.97
1/8....8.54
trap...82 mph

Run 3:
60'....2.06
1/8....8.71
trap...80 mph

Run 4:
60'....2.03
1/8....8.74
trap...79 mph

I made 2 more runs too, both were 2.0x 60's, 8.86 and 8.91.

THEORECTICALLY, the 8.51 calculates to 13.19. If that holds true, I'll be completely satisfied with this car.

Overall it was a really fun night and I was flipping out when I saw 8.51 with a 1.9 60' since I was expecting 8.7's LOL.

I have videos of the runs, but its a painful, time consuming process to get them onto my comp. I will do it eventually though.

Awesome Sho. Expect with calculating from 1/8 to 1/4 to lose a little time though. But you are damn close to that, and damn close to my times. Thats amazing considering you have no driveline or motor mods!

Congrats my fellow v6 brotha!

Hahaha

Thanks for the comments fellas.

I'll be taking it to a 1/4 mile track in July when I get to Alabama for a 6 week school I have to attend for the Air Force. Lucky for me there is a nice 1/4 track near the base

Scribner was the closest 1/4 track to Omaha (1 hour and 15 mins away), but they closed down 2 years ago.

All the 1/4 tracks are 3 hours away in each direction: Sioux Falls, Des Moines, KCIR or Heartland Park (Topeka).

All we have now is Mid America Motorplex which is only an 1/8 mile track.
