Dry is a little easier, but I would definetely go for a wet though. If I was sprayin juice I wouldn't want to rely on the vaccum system to increase the fuel pressure to get the added fuel.
Before anyone jumps on me and corrects me of all the other ways- I know what they are- the vaccum system is the most popular and cheapest way to get the added fuel.

my buddys saleen, he sucked a lot of water up through his intake when it was raining one night, he hit a big puddle, and it was going down hill from there, so the wrist pin or something gave out while the water was in the cyliders, but he got the water out, and then drove it till it blew up, he picked up part of his crank of the ground from were it blew threw the oil pan, and block, one night he was just cruising it did it, so now he is gonna build a motor for a 150 shot, with forged steel parts, so it will hold up, along with a forged steel block

NOS also makes a wet kit... PN 5131 it is $529 at Tbyrne.com Good kit, but havent really heard much about it... Don't be afraid of NOS, it gets a bad name because all the kids with Honda's buy it because it says NAWWS on it... they really are an industry leader... In fact their super Hi-flow valve is the best in the industry
With that said, NX is also an awesome manufacturer... They have wet kit for anything... For NX parts go to LS1Speed.com (Speed Inc) they have a great selection...
Last but not least, if you just want a BAD@$$ kit go with a TNT Force 1 or Force 2 setup... The only difference is the size of the jets... TNT has quickly made a great name for themselves in the world of F-Bodies... Again, go to LS1Speed.com for TNT stuff (Best proce I could find, even better than MTI)
Hope this helped... I know I can be long winded but I just want you to be informed!
