nah it's been costing more money than what it should and honestly i would rather spend it on a car that is going to take me to college.

*Oh my update. I dropped it off at the shop this morning and without me saying anything the mechanic said this to me. "Leakin antifreeze again?" yep. you know it's bad when the mechanic knows your car, your name, and just about everything wrong with your car. well it's nice that they know what's wrong but now he has to pinpoint exactly where and why it is leaking so hopefully i will get it back in a couple of days..end of update*

*UPDATE*

So the mechanic calls my mom the other day. Turns out it is a gasket i honestly don't know where except on the front bottom side of the motor. anyways it requires the motor to be lifted up in order to replace it. Well this is the same thing he replaced less than a year ago....so good news it won't cost me a single penny. bad news i don't get my car for a couple of days

2Poor4Z is an unknown quantity at this point
what gasket is on the front bottom of the engine that would leak coolant??? anyone??? and it requires lifting the motor??

i dont know anything about 3.4's really but i thought the only gasket that required lifting the motor to replace was the oil pan gasket since the oil pan straddles the front k member..?

someone inform me lol

well if ur temp went up and u said u smell antifreeze and saw it on the ground chances are that u have a busted hose , if ur pump is the problem it wouldnt go out completly the temperature would definately go up but as long as u stay on the gas it wouldn't redline.I should know cause all of that happened to me and worst!!!!

if you have a cracked hose or split there should be a kinda orange green dust all over the the engine bay.

try new waterpump gaskets first of all so you can spend a few bucks insted of buying a whole new waterpump, and check to see if it was spraying out of the overflow or the sides. <edit> didnt see the last page, but im damn good
