The pacesetters can be found for less than that: $195 for painted, $295 for ceramic coated.

Also, I hace CC Pacesetter Headers for my 3.4 and I like them alot.

youre in luck. all the headers listed have y-pipes as for installation. its a ***** to install headers on these cars. from the bottom is easiest.

yep,the pacesetter headers come with the y-pipe. The install wasn't too bad on my car. We did it all at once: headers, new cat, and all new exhaust.
