Radio install not so perty

I was curious how you guys did your aftermarket head units. I installed mine the other day but it wont go in but so far. It looks really tacky sticking out and its easy to steal since I cant bolt it in. I dont know what to do about this. Any suggestions or anyone let me know what they've done would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

It was a radio that I had already. The car had the kit in it already also. Just no radio. I have never had this problem where the dang radio wont go in far enough. It's like its too long or something.
