Unhappy Rear End Blues

I have searched the threads and I might be retarded, but I can't find a post or thread about leaning cars. My back end sits closer to the ground by 3/4 inch on the right side. I was talking to someone in Private Messages about this, and we have come to the conclusion that it might be because I lowered it without an adjustable panhard rod. Any ideas? I hope it's not a twisted frame. I know it sat a little lower on that side before I lowered it, but lowering it made it even more obvious. Now it's always on my mind bugging me. Any ideas, or people with the same problem?

is the ground your car's sitting on completely flat? I thought mine was doing the same till I realized my driveway leaned slightly to the left. I know the adj panhard rod just recenters your rear end, not changes the height, correct me if i'm wrong.

measure the front and see if it's off the same amount but opposite corner if it is then you have a twisted subframe is it the drivers side that is lower? most cars actually do sit lower on one side then teh other it's normal that is alot though, when you lowered it how was it done? it's possible a spring is in wrong or maybe even one shorteer than the others

Well, I installed them. everything was placed as it was meant to be. The shocks went in the little boot like it should. It's the rear right that is lower. The front by the way is perfect.

Not saying you are wrong Arch, but would a company like Eibach actually screw up like that? Just a question.

yes they do all the time, but seeing as it was off before is the real kicker, jack the whole rear up using the pinchwelds and see if it still hangs higher then you have a bind somewhere (the last time I used eibach springs one was 2 inches shorter than teh other had to wait a week for the right one to come)

My car does the same thing, I'm guessing the frame is twisted on mine.

there is no frame on either car so the body would be twisted so your doors would probably drag when opening or closing

Hey Arch. What was I looking for now? Jacking it up, what would I measure. I would need to jack up the pinch welds to the exact height and measure what?

Ok, what would that prove now? That my shock is bound up?

would prove it's not spring, could be shock or control arm,or panhard bar all could bind and cause it to be off

if it bolts to the rearend it can bind the control arms locate the rear side to side, but if one is tweaked or something it can pull the rear up
