sea foam usage?

can any of you that used the sea foam product tell me how you used it? im gonna try and use it to clean my cars carbon buildup.

I use the vaccuum line on the throttle body (for 3800 cars), or the brake booster for all others.

I dont want to hydrolock my engine , so let me get this right u just let it suck up the 1/3 of the can on its own u dont have to pour it in the hose or anything just let it suck itup at once?

they also have lil things u can use to hook i up and control the flow...

well i got the 2 cans today but they had nothign to help regulate the flow. so im gonna try this as soon as the weather is decent. so i leave the engine running, get the 1/3 of the can in while the engine is running and then once its in turn the engine off for 5 min and then restart it? is this correct?
