Short? HELP GUYS!

Ok, so I was drving to work today, and when I went to put my left blinker on, the little green arrow just stayed on solid and didnt make any noise. When I got to work I saw that my front daytime running light was out on the left side, and my rear turn signal stays on solid just like inside the car. I cleaned out my engine today by spraying it, i think that was a dumb idea, maybe that had something to do with it... is it a short, or burnt out bulb, or what. I need help guys, thanks!!!

spraying the engine shouldn't do that, but water may have gotten in teh light socket, if the bulb was burnt out it wouldn't stay lit outside

The front left bulb? I dont think I would need to replace the rear bulb if its still lit?

I dont know if I was clear, but my front left signal and light does not come on. I think its burnt out. My rear left turn signal stays lit, and doesnt blink; it just stays solid. And inside my car, when I put the left signal on, the green arrow stays solid and doenst blink, or make any noise. It's odd, but hopefully someone knows exactly whats going on. Thanks much guys, I really appreciate it!

Yeah thats where I got confused guys... I'm sure its the bulb. I thought about that first, but I didnt know if that was for sure it or not. Someone at my work said that its just the front bulb. It's like its telling me that the system wont work because a bulb is out. So it's just the front bulb. I just thought something was all messed up because I sprayed out the engine, and I usually refrain from doing that because I heard it can damage some parts. Anyways, I'll be switching out the front bulb tomorrow probably. Thanks for the help guys.

if spraying the engine bay hurt things then driving in the rain would too, all the electrical is weather sealed, and if you leave teh engine running you won't have any problems

most cars are done like that so you can tell it's out (since few people have safety inspections done)
