thats how I started out, my first mod was my seat covers, drilled/slotted front rotors. chevy racing floormats, Halo lights, then the rear decal inserts, , then the airlid, and then my smooth bellows and now my R1 concepts Rotors that are comming in...I guess appearence mods is what I started doing first.

Yea I will prob get a new SLP LM set up soon the best price I've found so far is $432 shipped. Does that sound like a pretty decent price? Of course, I'm always open to the idea of a good used system if I run across it. I wanting to try to keep my spending around or less than $1,000. Lol I already spent $600 on the SS hood and getting it painted.

LM II's I hear sound good and aggresive and not to just plain messed up loud, thats what I definitly want to get in the future with the same kind of stock tips that I have now to make it look stock on the exhaust tips. And a 450$ exhaust kit is not a bad deal, get rid of all that extra back pressure that u dont need, let it breathe and gain some more power.

Yea I have true duals w/ glasspacks on my Ventura and it's really loud, but not nasty. I've heard LM were the same, and that the LM IIs were noticably quieter than the originals and since emissions isn't a concern for me, I'm kinda leaning toward the louder one. Have you heard them in person (I've listened to them on sites and stuff but never in person)?

I have heard the loudmouths on both LS1's and LT1's in person. I think it sounds really good. Its nice and loud, but also has a good sound. Some cars that are loud end up being just loud without tone and it ends up sounding like crap IMO...

Exactly....there's a good sounding loud, and then there's just a nasty loud that sounds bad. Thanks for the input on the LMs, I have never heard them in person, just heard of them. Your car looks sick btw in that sig pic, and what kind of exhaust are you running?

GMMG was the first exhaust i put on my car, sounded great, espically when i still had cats. Lid(inake) and catback are usualy the first things people do, just get the flowdaster off your car, stock mufflers flow better than the one they made for our cars
after that i would suggest in sub frame connectors, they make a great seat of the pants feeling and are cheap
