I like turbochargers.

A turbo system can be constructed for far less than a supercharger kit can be purchased, and has greater potential. You can turn a knob and increase your boost, rather than waiting the week or two for the smaller boost pulley for the S/C.

Plus, with a supercharger, you always hear a little bit of whine (unless it's one of those **** Powerdynes)... with a turbocharger, you don't hear much of anything until you open'r up. Greater potential as a sleeper.

lol :D

tiago is awsome with his turbos on those v6s!

I think it depends on the car of what better I guess. Example: My brothers old GSR has both turbos/chargers out for it and the jackson racing supercharger is way better then most of the turbos out for it. Then again with a turbo you can control your boost level. I dunno I see and know more about turbos then a charger. IMO Superchargers do sound better. Unless the turbo has a good BOV.

x2- but since people in my town already know me to have a horsepower car then I might as well make it known.

Don't get me wrong, supercharger whine can make me lose it in my pants even quicker than Stef bending over to pick up a dollar bill (she's gonna get mad at me for that :p ), but where discreet performance is concerned, a turbo is great, until you open'r up, where each is just as audible as the other.

And who else has heard the Grand Nationals spool up and let off the gas? There's no BOV on those setups, the turbo just hiccups, and lets off that nice 'wheeeeee' sound.
