Surpentine belt and pullys

my surpintine belt is really cracked and messed up, i am going to replace it and the pullys (just for the heck of it). Does it matter what brand i get with them? is there really any difference between buying the more expensive one or the less expensive one? any good brands people have used?? thanks for all the help

Are replacing the pullys with stock units or underdrive pulleys?

the underdrive pulleys are mostly junk (the machining is woefully poor)they also don't do much (other than cause possible overheating and poor charging) they are advertised to only free a few hp and that's exagerated. For the belt the goodyear, or gates are decent (naturally asperated add a s/c and the goodyear is junk)if doing stock pulleies don't bother changing.(march has the worst quality, seems they aren't measuring or something since they aren't consistant sizes)
