Tranny shot again?

Well everything was going fine with the car (short while) but when i took it out last nite the car started acting up again. When i push the accelerator all the way to the floor the engine races but the car doesnt pick up any speed. If im just cruising the car shifts fine. It only seems to happen when i really get on the car. Checked the fluid and the level is fine. So does this mean i need another tranny rebuild?

Yup took the car to the tranny shop today and he said my clutches were going. If i rebuild he will upgrade it with performance parts and a shift kit and upgraded converter for 1200$. . good price?
