most women I know, the last thing the look to see on a car is whether its an auto or manual. Most don't care...

This might be a dumb question but,can a turbo be used if the car is automatic? Or does the car its being installed into have to be manual? Thanks

well i think ill party hard then

oh yea turbo goes automatic and standard but does that mean u dont get that much boost because u get a boos at the end of each gear standards have 5 gears auto has 3 gears unless u count the overdrive then it has 4 gears

There are many performance mods out there for the v6, they can just be hard to find. I am also currently looking into a turbo for my v6 from FFF. For an intake, headers, or exhaust check out this web site http://www.ftpp.net/V6Main.htm. Another website for performance products is www.speedinc.com but most of there products are for the v8. You may also want to look into getting a basic chip that modifies the fuel to air ratio and which hooks up into the air intake sensor. They are relatively inexepensive and will give you awesome increases. I paid 80 for mine and had a 33HP increase.

the resistor chip, that's been shown to do nothing?Do you have a dyno sheet showing these increases?

Thanks for answering my question, yea I wonder that to,does it effect the amount of boost from auto and manual? One would think manual transmissions would get more, being you have more gears and can control when you shift.

the problem though is more boost is useless if the engine is out of it's powerband (which is partially regulated by the cam choice)
