lol yea ull know if it goes completely out but i dought u would let it get that far, u will eventually feel it engage higher and higher on the pedal when u almost dont need to push in the clutch to shift then its about to go, the trick is to just start out slow and get used to feeling when the clutch engages, one trick i used and what i used to teach friends to drive stick is to find like some parking lot or something and just let the clutch out REALLY slow and dont use any gas and just feel where it engages and just get used to the feel, and it sounds like pushing too much gas and not letting the clutch out fast enough but u dont wanna rush and put a bunch of gas then dump the clutch cause thats bad too lol, long post but i hope it answered some questions but most of all just start slow and get used to it

Yeah, it comes to ya eventually. Just don't ride the clutch.... if your stuck behind a bus or whatever just keep it in a good gear or put it in neutral for awhile.

I learned stick on a geo metropaarsexual, so it was a little easier to learn with 45 HP.

With your car stopped, put it in 5th with the clutch down. Slowly let the clutch out. If the car starts moving your clutch still has life left in it. If your car just sits there, or barely moves then start lookin at getting a new clutch.

Another piece of advice- you should be engaging the clutch for not much more than a second when you first start out- and while shifting between gears, it should be a little quicker. The more you drive it the better you will get. But if after two months of driving you aren't getting any better consider buying a slushbox- you'll go broke putting clutches in your car.

Sorry- I figured it would be pretty self-explanatory. Since you can only get two types of transmissions in an f-body and you have a manual that only leaves one other choice...
