v6 to v8
just a random question, say you were to have a v6 transam , and then deiced to throw a 454 in it later on down the road, aprox. how much money would you have to spend to do the conversion? ...i kno the weight wouldnt work so you'd have to by new springs , pretty much a whole new front end correct?...about how much do u think it would be to do the whole conversion

454 in a ta, it would depend on the year, but you'd definatly need a trans, rearend wouldn't hold the torque for very long, hood won't fit (big block is taller) new brake master cylinder, if it's a/c car the firewall needs modifying. front springs,cooling system. So expect to spend a little over $4000 not including the engine price
