i agree with Josh, its more of a pain in the ***. my dad did it on his fairlane when he was younger and his friend did it on his 65 GTO, just for something cool and different but when they look back on it they realize it might have been smarter to leave it alone. it might be kinda difficult with the way the firewall is, but idk, the mechanism is fairly easy just need to mount a hinge and figure out a way to latch it. would be cool but idk how hard it really would be to do. cool idea tho.

I've seen it done before but I think it would make it harder, not easier.

i would think it would be easier, think about it, if the complete front end go front then to would be easy. Have you ever seen a vette? They have all that room to work with. No fenders in the way.

you've never worked on a vette, it's a pain to work on. At the dealerships the guy with the least senority has to do teh vette work becasue they suck to work on

That's what I was thinking, the FBody has the engine shoved all the way in the back. Plus you can take the fender's off if you need to on the 'Vette.

the engine on the vette sits lower than the suspension, it's a major pita to get to anything
