Its a little fuzzy in the picture, but from what I can see, the inside edge looks pretty near bald. If the outer edge is the same way, they have been run low on air pressure. Otherwise, you would need an alignment also. I'd need a better picture of the tire to tell you.

And what the hell tire are you buying for $200 a peice?!

Unless they are drag slicks, its a waste of money imo.

I can get two M/T Street ET's in 16's for the price of one of your tires.

What makes these tires so nice though? You never mentioned a brand or whatnot. The 'nicer' the tire performance wise, the less mileage and wear its going to have, and the softer (or harder depending) the rubber is going to be. The only real use on tires like those is cornering, street tires dont hook.

The left pull is most likely tire related. If your front tires are not rotational, you can just swap the front two from left to right, many times it will stop a pull.

The pull during braking on the other hand, its a completely different story. That can be a caliper sticking, or a brake line. Have fun tracing that one down, I dont even give estimates for work on that when im asked to. I just say "However long it takes." If it doesnt bother you that much, and its not making a noise, leave it be imo.

Looks like some one cut your wires that plugs into the MAF and airbox... other wise you always take a risk buying a used car that has been beaten on...

He could of had the code reset. Sometimes The code doesnt pop back up on the dash for awhile after that.

From the pic It looks like its been like that for awhile since the wires look like they cut from dragging off the ground.

I have to agree with vince, Definatly looks like you bought a lot of someone elses problems from all the things you said so far that are messed up since you bought it.

For a 99 if It was properly taken care of there should not be any problems with it unless it was beat on.
