will the tranny off a 3.4 fit on a 3.8 ¿

im not sure if it will fit i thought that both the 3.4 and 3.8 used the t-5 but im not positive

im pretty sure that the 5.7 and 3.8 dont go together also....
but i wana know about the 3.4 an 3.8 tranny....

The bellhousing is completely different for the 3.8 to the 5.7, not to mention they are completely different trannys, the 4L60E(A-4), or the T-5 in the 3.8, and the T-56 in the 5.7.

It is mostly impossible to swap a tranny from a 5.7 into a 3.4/3.8L, but as per the original question, the 3.8 tranny going into the 3.4, honestly, im not sure.

then y dose a 4.3 share the same bolt patern as a 5.7 and headers for a 3.8 will fit it.????
