Y-Pipe?

Does anyone know of a place where I can find a Y-Pipe for my long tube hearders? I am about to give up and get some shortys. I just want to get something not so loud on my car. I have gas packs but they are like 3 inch from the ground and scrap all the time... one fell off before I got them weled up lol. I found some shortys they are not a name brand but they come with a Y-pipe for 204.00 on ebay should I be leary of this or go for it? I am not to worried about performance just want to get it muffled.
