Believe me, it's been considered, although a blown LS1/2 is more likely ATM. The motor is not really a matter of concern, it'll be a fast ****, I just cant decide on a paint scheme/interior/rims.

I forgot to mention in the 1st post that it must also be a show quality car.

block on black only i would honstly do like a dark green flake under the black so at night it is just black but during the day it would almost have a green glow to it. don't really know how possible it would be but that's what i would do. and then twin turbo the motor whatever it may be.

start with paint books at the body shop pick color from the million or so choices then get some junkyard seats, and then use the rest to build a motor

I'd make the car black with silver stripes. big brakes, 18" Fiske FM5 wheels. Engine would be a 502/502, carbed. 6 spd trans.

Metallic Orange paint with Black stripes. Black leather interior with orange inserts and orange stitching. Wheels would be CCW's 18 in front 19 in back. Engine would have to be either a supercharged LS6 or I'd squeeze a 572 in there.
