The freaking cable did not show up when he was supposed to , so gues who isn't getting the interent today? I'm calling tomorrow and really gonna lay into these peopl. i want free installation, and a dam discount now.

so wait he was late, or he didn't show up at all? Guess not at all if you're that upset, that blows... Cable companies blow... My cable box in my bedroom got shut off for no reason, the tech guy came out and I told him I called and they sent a signal to my cable box, and he asked if I unplugged it too, and I said yes, and he goes "Alright, let me go get you a new one in the van." So just because for whatever reason the cable company turned it off, he sent me a new one and had them send a signal to it and it was fine since.

all digital cable uses a box, and will for the forseable future unless the fcc starts actually enforcing their laws, the tv's are capable of receiving the signals but the cable companies are yet to comply with the order to use the cable cards, that way they make 20 bucks a box a month, and another 5 bucks a remote

well, the situation has been rectified.. I guess... so guess who showed up this MONDAY morning at 9am? The Cable guy... So there was a miscommunication somewhere....either the lady on the phone forgot to say the word NEXT or the cable guy came on the wrong Monday.. either way... free installation happened.....
