i dunno man sounds alil cheap thne again get more info to us.......thoughs cars even in decent condition are going for alot. we bought our corvette for 11k but we didnt know that the floor was rusted out and the guages didnt work properly.
I hope it jsut doesnt turn into a money pit for you.
Jut check it out head to toe. Everything underneath , suspension, accidents (get a magnet and run it donw the side of the body) electrical, gauges, transmission a/c or heat if it has it, power windows if it has it locks. so many things that can end up costing you more thne you wanted.
and check for oil leaks where it is stored. When i bought my camaro the guy had a rug and in the garage and it didnt even jump at me that he might of been trying to hide something
and now i have a leak coming from my oil pan gasket.

i would not be afraid of the price we got the malibu for 2500 dollars and except for the motor we were not planning on there has been no surprises with it only two tiny spots of rust too. but pics would help
