that sucks why would he do that I overestimate on shipping, and if I'm short (happens once in a while) it's my fault, if I overcharge then I refund (I charge a handling fee on ebay since I have to drive almost 20 miles to ship)

Just an FYI, I followed a link to this site and Mike ripped me off. Took $480 from me for his cowl hood. He never sent the hood and kept my money. Now he doesn't return pm's or emails.
Funny thing is he had asked me to send more money for additional shipping charges. Sorry guys, I am not that stupid.

I know he can't post here since he is banned, but if anyone talks to him please try to help a fellow car guy out. $500 isn't the easiest to spare very often.

I've emailed him and he doesn't respond to mine either. I'm really sorry to hear about that, it just pisses me off so much when people like him rip other people off. I buy used parts off member's of different sites all the time and I guess I've been lucky because I've never had anything but the best experiances with them.

just an update guys. Mike finally read my pm on LS1tech today that I sent on 6/21. He of course did not respond. I have threatened legal action, but I don't think he cares or is taking me serious.

Take him to court.

I was once ripped off about $1300 and I sued them, I won then they filed for bankraupcy. So eventhough I never got my money back at least I screwed up their lives for awhile and they won't be able to buy a house until that get's resolved.
