someone on nastyz28 had an issue with an ebay auction, and the police got involved, it was labled mail fraud since it's accross state lines and not done in person

I am helping Derek pursue this matter. I placed a call with the JAG yesterday and they are going to contact Mike and let him know of the situation, but they can't force him to do anything yet since there is no charges against him.

I am also trying to find out what Unit he is a part of, and I will be providing the Commander's hotline number to Derek, either way Derek will see restitution.... makes it much easier that this guy is in the Navy. I told my ITCS friend about this situation and he is very happy to help find this guy, talk to his superiors, and pin him to the wall.

Wow, I am really surprised that B4C would do this....he always seemed like a decent guy.....

I hope everyone gets what the paid for from him. That sucks.

Been a while since I was here. Just an update, nothing has been resolved. I get the run around when I try to call his housing unit, etc. I have pretty much given up and it's just sad to see someone do this to another car guy.
