i never said the car was "race" worthy.... infact, i would not call it a race car.... but whatever makes you feel good..... i always knew that honda could do it for me, but i wanted to see if there was anyone cheaper.... unfortunately i could not find anyone to do it but them... so they did it for me

I'm almost 99.9% sure an actual Honda Dealership wouldn't do that kind of work. They make more money off doing warranty repairs, why would they with something they have no idea how to do. Just because its a Honda Civic and a Honda/Acura engine doesn't mean they know how to do the swap. The only thing that will make me believe otherwise is if I see a reciept for the work. If you don't show us this, we'll just keep believing that you're full of .

I like the fact that all you punks are coming down on bsparfel when he is telling the truth. He is a friend of mine and i have personally driven the civic and been in his moms sienna and seen his dads mercedes. I can voutch (however you spell it) for him when he said all the things about his civic. Even tho I dont like how he put down that he beat my Lexus ES300 cuz it was a bogus race, he is still telling the truth. And i know for a fact that he does not have any pictures of his civic just like i dont go out and take pictures of my Lexus. All you guys need to relax and think what if he was telling the truth (which he is) then all of you would be shut down.

All of you guys are so quick to jump on his back about his thread when when you've never even considered what if he was telling this truth.

The fact is that next time someone makes a thread and you guys start talking to them and telling them to GTFO or telling them their car doesn't exist make sure theres no one else on this forum that knows the person or can voutch (can't spell) for them.

Ok, mayby he didn't "WHOOP" everyones asses but he still won the races with a minivan. Why is it that you guys don't attack some other Minivan kill story thread like the hundreds there are. And of course hes not gonna respond to your call out because, think of the logic, your 96 VR6 GTI vs his 05 Sienna = WTF lol. Hes obviously not gonna respond to that. I admit that his van is really quick and did beat my lexus by half a car length but just because he wants to post some "kills", that he pulled off with his minivan, doesn't mean that its an invitation for everyone to start bashing on it. If you look at this section (Kill Stories) as a whole, there are A LOT of Minivan kill stories, but i dont see you or others going out of their way to challenge their minivan with your ridiculously fast VR6 GTI or others. C'mon dude, give it a rest, mayby he didn't "Whoop" everyones asses but its just a saying. How about this, why dont you guys find some other thread about a Minivan beating some other cars and start calling them liars and challenging them. I'm just surprised how people who have such nice cars like your VR6 GTI (my dream car) and others who took time to criticize bsparfel on this thread can even come on and start something like this. I know that if i had a 96 GTI VR6 or even the festiva (lol) i would be out doing something with it and not wasting my time trying to shut down some kid who you think is lying about what he drives or who he beat. It's because he talks a lot about this Civic with a VERY expensive swap, but can't post a single pic. I used to occasionally race with my van, but it was a joke. Basically stock 89 grand voyager, just with a custom Canada paint job done by me. It might have done a 20 sec 1/4 if it was lucky down hill.

I understand that. But to tell you the truth, even I was amazed about how quick that van was. I can see how you might not be able to believe the about his van but trust me even i didn't believe it till i saw it.

I also understand how you don't believe him about the swap, i dont blame you i wouldn't believe it either but honestly, Even when he got the car and i asked him for a pic (me, one of his friends) he didn't have one. I'm pretty sure that its not that he doesn't want to show me the pic because he's lying or something but because he didn't get around to it or something, you know?
