My wife and I are finally in the 21st century. Right before school started for my wife I added wireless internet to her laptop. I must say that I love using her laptop now. I'm on it right now, now I can get online without having to be in our office. Makes it much easier and more fun, I enjoy sitting on the patio now when it's nice out working online. Of course the weather's really starting to get bad fast so I won't be able to do that much more if any more at all.

wireless is the ******* gayest thing ever.. I pay soomuch for school yet we have the worse internet connection ever.. lastyear it was all wired internet and it was really fast, but now all the freshmen got laptops so they only allow wireless now and the wall ones dolnt work. its so lame I get kicked off every 10 mins and its as slow as 56k at times. So no thanks ill stay in the 20th century.

my wireless works excellent its excatly the same as having it actually connected, but i moved out and i dont have the money for a wireless router so im back to being hardlined either way it seems to work excatly the same for me but stupid me leaves the laptop on to download and stuff all the time so my battery sucks :banghead: so im pretty much stuck in the office anways

my wireless was hooked up to the lap top inmy room few weeks ago, works very well. i do enjoy it

my wireless has the same speed as my wired (or pretty close anyway) heck even my desktop is wireless now, the wired kept failing

I was jacking wireless from a neighbor then i needed some password n code to use it so i just got my own.

My wireless is just as fast at my connected computer. I haven't had any problems at all with it but it's been nice being able to connect to the internet anywhere I want even outside our condo.

yea wireless is very nice i kinda have my getto rigged but it works and works well i think i got a bad connection once in the past few months

we'vw been trying to get the wireless working on my Dad's laptop but its having issues.

we had an issue with my bro in laws computer, for some reason it wouldn't detect teh IP address we had to enter all the info by hand and it's worked fine since (the hard wire was the same way)

When I first moved into my appartments I just stole wireless from my neighbor for about 8 months or so, then he must have caught on because he didnt allow any other connections :banghead: so I had to go and get my own, but the good news is, since im less than 2 miles away from the Dell plant, I have fiberoptic! its so amazing. Love love love it.

Haha, thats what Ive been doing. I was downloading V for Vendetta the DVD rip at unlimited uploading speed, and I left it on all day, which they must have discovered was ungodly slow, and I had all my connections locked for a couple days... I could luckily pick up 1 bar from someone else, but it was pretty weak. Now they unlocked it again, and I hijack for another week til I move ... The joys of living in an apt complex.
