ok not really, but still it would've served the brat right. I can't believe that the lawyers even have any ground to stand on saying it's absurd and excessive, she was fighting the teacher and punching and kicking. Would they have preferred a tazer gun?

yeah, I just watched on some primetime or something, whatever it is that's on ABC, this lady had her kids taken away from her because she tried getting custody for her two daughters after she found out the father of the children ( who happens to be a millionaire, and married ) had touched one of her daughter's "pee-pees." She said as soon as her daughter said that her dad touched her pee-pee, she took them to the hospital to get checked out and BOTH of them had mild vaginitis (swelling of the ) which they said was caused from switching soaps and/or sexual activity. So what does the court do? They take the kids AWAY FROM THE MOM and gave them TO THE DAD saying that she was unfit as a parent because she coached the daughters into saying that stuff and that she was causing distress in her daughters because she can't keep a good relationship with the father. She fought for awhile and now she has them back, but man it was a disgusting story.

I actually agree with what the cops did by handcuffing her, and putting her in the car. It may have scared the girl enough to make her act a little better. I can not stand bratty, completely disobedient kids.

I cannot stand the way some of these brats act, I doubt the girl suffered any perment damage anyway. And this is about race (watch any news network when they talk about the story) if the kid would have been white this story would have never made the news.
