I find it very hard to be a Leaf fan these days, and I can't tell if they played well tonight or did boston just suck worse than the leafs.

what are your thoughts on the leafs ?

5-1 was a kill, but their performance was weak, i miss the leafs from like 4 seasons ago

I'm in the same boat. I find it difficult to watch their games or even if i do, after the first goal is allowed, you pretty much know it's over for the Leafs. I've lost all confidence in Raycroft, he seems to allow the worst goals at times and hasn't been able to steal a game all season.

yeah, Raycroft sucks, I hope they don't make the playoffs again then they can get a real coach and a real GM, I was an Edmonton fan last playoff season, but I refuse to watch the Habs...

i don't mind Maurice, i think he's a pretty good coach, but Ferguson has to go. He's done nothing good and overpaid McCabe and Kubina. For the price of McCabe he'd be better off picking up a more productive and consistent Pronger. The leafs' problem has always been defensive, and they've always relied on their goalies in the past to bail them out, Cujo and Belfour did a good job of that IMO, but this time around Raycroft can't handle the slack.

Meh, Maurice seems like the type that will bite his tounge and collect the paycheck rather than tell the GM how it is and what he needs....

Totally Agree, ferguson Blows.... Don't forget how he offered Aki Berg more money than NIEUWENDYK and lost both him and Roberts...

Since that Ferguson was black balled and they lost out on a few free agent signings....
