I'm an immigrant in Canada and why shouldn' I adapt?? I still keep my culture and my "slanguage" when I'm with my fam. or my country men. I keep telling people that they cannot come here and "expect" to be an equal right off the boat

However I don't expect to be treaded like dirt either
