Seriously though, a B16 with an LS tranny in a 94 teg would be really sluggish. You're up for alot of work to make that car quick now. Whoever is feeding you info needs to stop now. The opposite of what you have, B16 tranny with an LS block under the B16 head would work much better.

i agree with civtegra90, you have a low displacement engine with a long geared trans. The b18 obviously has more diplacement and the b16 trans is geared much shorter than the LS.

the b16a2 head and the itr heads are the same, only the itr head is ported and diff cams blah blah as far as i remember
do i/h/e to wake that baby up, and then do pulleys and flywheel to help it rev quicker i assume you are on a budget after the swap, or else you would have put in the b18c2, so i will not recommend anything too expensive |
