Did you guys happen to see Barrett Jackson Auction .A '70 Chevelle Convert raced by Ray Allen (broke a few records NHRA ).The car was restored & looked basically stock except the lettering on the side..It sold for OVER $1 million dollars .Aint that insane !!!:banghead:

wow that was a long time ago (back in January) it was nuts it went for about double what it was supposed to, but the people there that day were throwing money around like water (happens every year tehre, then guys with a driver expect to get 100k for theirs when it's worth about 5k)

yeah they show reruns of that like every night on speed... I watch it from time to time... Interesting to see how much more a car is worth then my life.

what was real funny is one of the cars that sold there last year went to another auction and the highest bid was only a quarter what it was bought for in AZ
