Bought a Laptop
Well I took another shot at it and won an auction on eBay for a Dell laptop. This guy has over 100 feedback a good chuck as a seller and it's 100% possitive. He took tons of pictures of the laptop, I have pictures of the sides, the front, the back, the top, the bottom, plus about every angle you could imagine. It has a DVD burner, wireless, 160GB harddrive, etc... I don't remember the rest but it has everything I was looking for plus more. All the specs that I decided I would need for it to be fast enough for me it not just meet but truley exceeded.
I wasn't 100% sure if I should go for it but when it comes I know I'll be happy. The only problem is I used a bunch of the money I had set aside to paint my gfx kit so that'll have to wait. Not a huge issue considering the car won't be leaving the garage until spring so as long as it's done by then I really don't care.

Oh and haven't said anything but my desktop is messed up right now. I can't get it to boot. I've tried everything and I'm still stuck, I'm going to drop it off at my brother's(software engineer) and see what he can do. It'll be nice to have both so I can use eachother to back up my information and such.
Right now I've been working on my wife's laptop whenever she's not using it for work. It just makes me want a laptop because I can surf the web from anywhere with the wireless.
