Buying a crotch rocket...

i like the red bike better looks more agressive cause of the headlights but if this is ur first bike u will probably drop it in some stupid way like forgetting to put a kickstand down or something so i would recomend frame sliders and since u dont have fairings u wont have to drill holes, but i personally think the bikes looks awsome

It's my first bike, yeah. I'm stoked.
If you see it in person, you'll love it.
The YZF-600R is actually a bike from 1996... as in it hasn't been updated much since. The FZ6 has actually been updated, including the same engine as in the R6 (slightly detuned), and weldless frame. The YZF-600R has not been given these enhancements... in fact, I think it's still a carb'd bike. Mine is fuel injected.
At first I was disappointed about not getting the side fairings and things... but then I thought about it... and the red and black looks bad-***, so what do I care? 0-60 MPH takes 3.44 seconds, quarter-mile is finished in only 11.3 seconds. Hey, giddy-up!
I deliberated quite a bit, probably scared my salesman into thinking he wasn't getting the deal, and I went with the FZ6. After reading the reviews on it, it's a helluva bike, for a helluva good price.
