So I am about to get my Camaro back and u can see the pics in the pics section.. but this just happened to my Eclipse last Thursday. this is the only car i have to drive right now and after i get the camaro back the transmission needs something done





I was driving straight in the middle of three lanes and there was a median to my left. An old lady started pulling out of a parking lot so I went over into the farthest left lane. She went across TWO empty lanes and rammed into my car. Old ppl need to be off the god damned road my Camaro and now my Eclipse are both victims :banghead:

Wow, I am so sorry to hear that. That really sucks. At a certian age people should be forced to take their driver's test again. Just because you could drive once doesn't mean you always can.

what gets me with old people is the police, and state feel sorry for them when they crash (or at least seem to) sorry I don't care how old you are if you crash into a moving car like that you lose your license, they have buses and taxis in every city, and most people have some family members who can give rides

and OMG i hate old people when im in my car. last month ive had like 3 near collisions because old ladies decide to pull out in front of me while im cruising at 40 mph and they need to leave the supermarket parking lot. im like WTF do you not remember to look both ways, thats from like the age of 6. then they eyeball **** me when i drive by, i swear to god i cant take old people any more. Rant off. good luck with the car, at least camaro is dope as hell soon!

Yea it's putting on an SES light when I go above about 45 for code 1870 if I remember right.. meaning oil is slipping past this valve body and making the transmission slip. It drives perfect and I'm goin to keep the speed under 40 until I fix it and not drive it much. I've been told by the only reputable shop I know of around here it will sieze if I drive it like normal and take it too fast for an extended amount of time. It almost smelled a little burnt too and idk it burns the clutch packs up I think and then I'd need a rebuild. The code came up the weekend i got it back from the first ******* that were supposed to paint it over winter but never did. It sucks cuz I am fixing the Eclipse how I want.. and that's costing more.. if things go as bad as they might I'll have to rebuild a transmission and a turbo (burning oil) and I really don't have the money to do all that.
