I love to go for a drive in the first snow fall, just to watch all the retards bounce off curbs, and each other. It's worth the little bit of gas.

i was reading the paper, before the first snow fall happened in the gta, they were estimating 400 accidents on the first snow fall. are the people in the gta really that fuken stupid?

I went to Ashtonabee ( sp ) campus for some schooling in my apprentice ship . One class we had you could look out over the sports fields . It began to snow , delicate little flakes wafting down from a grey and sullen sky . Next thing we know the announcments come . School closing up , it was like 2 : 30 pm in the afternoon . Most of us were from well north of the city of Toronto . There was two guys from up around timmins . we were all like wtf . We gotta go home cause of that . We all friggin laffed about it . I still remember there was three accidents between the school and the 4oh1 . Freakin hilarious . People just dont know how to drive , thats the only problem .
If you think you can drive , if you get a chance try driving thru traffic in a 40,s or 50,s car/ truck with a flathead engine , standard shift on the column and no syncro gears an drum brakes all around . I think all drivers should be tested in cars like that . People that are allowed to drive on the rods today woulda been killed in theyre first two weeks driving back in the 60,s ..77.

very true. there are too many advancements in cars these days that let stupid people drive like morons.

a buddy of mine used to drive truck and told me he was down south one year and it started to snow, so he had his breakfast and got ready to go and people were tryign to stop him because it was snowing. said they had maybe 2 mm of snow and these southerners dont get snow and were freaking out, lol

It's really surprising that we get a big snow fall and their are hundreds of accidents within' minutes. You'd think living in Canada, or even just Ontario, we'd all be used it by now. I understand people who have never seen snow or driven in it before being scared and stuff but.. it's ridiculous how many people wipe out.. It's common sense. Since when does speeding and ice make sense? :P
