Yea im gonna quit my job at ClubCar, check us out www.clubcar.com
Im a welder there. CLubCar is the golfcart company...you know, like EZ-Go (they blow)
Well my job is very very hardwork and I just cant do it and go to school at night half dead. Im quiting my Job there and I have an interview tommorow for an Inventory Managment position making $3 more than what I make now.
Basically I'll be driving the company truck and deliever small parts to different facilities through-out Augusta and study each sites inventory set-up and talk to managers and keep the system plenished...Yay to Lee.

Just thought I'd share since I have some time to kill...

Well I had the interview, It went smooth (of course). I should get a phone call today, they said they had one more interviewbut I got the position.
Im gonna give my old job a 5 day notice then im done. I start class again in March (going for LPN)
Welp..thx for the luck dudes..I'll post next after I get that phone call. oh...and the ironic thing about this is one of the guys that interviewed me his name is Lee Harper....Mine is Lee Harden...*shurgs shoulders* lol guys he thought we were bonding or something....GAY. ok later.

What's wrong with them. I personally won't hire someone unless they give their current job a notice because if they don't that means they'll be willing to walk out on us as well.

too bad, that's really wrong of them not to let you give your other job notice. Like Chad said, its the way things are supposed to be done for a good employee.

Ok things ******* rule now. ClubCar has been hiring people through a Temp Service called MANPOWER, Once employed by MANPOWER to ClubCar you have a contract of 18months of employment, then after that you have to leave ClubCar for at least 90 days and MANPOWER is "supposed" to look for you another job if you decide to stay with the Temp Service "M<ANPOWER". Well I just so happend to have 4 days left yesterday and around lunch time here at ClubCar Inc My Leadman told me that Ann, the "Recruiter" wanted to see me. So I was like....this is it, either im hired perminent with benifits up the *** or im not...Turns out I just got hired yesterday as a ClubCar associate with a $4.32 increase in pay an hour...With an amazing list of benifits...I just went from making a measley $7/hour (had to work about 58 hours a week to get a descent check) To now making $11.32/hour. Im no longer a welder (yay) im a "Set-up Operator". can you say..ch ching$$$$. Didnt really get to celebrate like I wanted to last night cause I had to work today (Saturday 5am to 12pm) but tonight itson...Orientation Meeting is monday...yay

Just a quick follow-up then this topic is closed:

I spent my next night at my house, invited a couple friends total of like 8 people or so. At the end of the night my friend jason crashed on the couch and this chick named corie and her friend brandi were sitting on the couch saying how "cold it was" in the living room. So i got up and said this as i was walking away towards my room (had my shirt off) "Well im off to bed..in my room where its warm"...so i get in my bed and pull out some papers to go over from work and next thing i know corie & brandi come in saying "we decided to sleep with you" i was like...
So i spent my night ******* corie & Brandi on my small *** bed, then after we all went so sleep the ******* took over my bed so i got up and went to the living room. damn s.
