I have actually seen a set of those in Houston on a Navigator.Idiot going down the road had marajuana leaves on the damn things.Talk about a retard,that just screams "hey mister occifer pull me over" and they are totally

they have been out for a couple years now, they are illegal (they even say it on them box) one of the manufacturers was trying to get me to sell them, I laughed at him and now wish I had them, they have a 100% markup and are selling like mad
