Circumcised mens discount.
I am well aware about the increased costs of fuel, so I began to wonder about offering incentives for men to shed some weight, and in doing so lower the emount of propellant needed. In your opinion, if men were offered a discount for being circumcised, on trains, planes, taxis and elevators, do you think it would bring out the best in people?
