Ok when I read it I didn't see any post made about that until the newest posts just made a little while ago. The way it sounded it seemed like they were at fault but apperantly not. That just makes the entire thing worse because they did nothing wrong but have to die from someone elses mistake.
I hope the driver of the Tarus get's manslayter for this, I had a friend in college who on his way home fell asleep and killed someone in the other car and that's what he was charged for.

I still think the Camaro driver was at fault. If you listen to the new's coverage they say it was travaling at a high rate of speed and lost control.

Unhappy This truly is very bad news,.....I'm so sorry!

EDITED: Regardless of who's fault it was, it's a very sad thing to hear about.
The following was written with the assumption that it was the fault of the Taurus.

I feel much sorrow for the family and friends of everyone involved, (including the driver of the Taurus)......I'd be willing to bet that he didn't wake up that day, and say to himself: "I think I'll go kill an innocent kid today by running a red light". That's why they're called "accidents" and not, "on purpose's".
I totally agree with the fact he should pay for his mistake though, regardless of whether it was an accident or not,........when you cause an incident that results in someones death, you have to be held accountable for you actions.

I can totally relate to how Aarons family and friends are feeling, as I lost my best friend in a similar way back in 1991. He(Ben)was the passenger in my other friends(Dave) 66 Chev shortbed pick-up, when the driver of a 84 Camaro crossed the line and hit them head on. Both people in the front of the Camaro, and my best friend Ben, were killed instantly. A third passenger in the back of the Camaro ended up with a broken leg, and a few contusions. My buddy Dave,(whos truck was ripped in half) was thrown into a ditch after hitting his head on impact, and is now a quadra-plegic confined to a wheel chair.

It's "Absolutely Horrible" to have to go through that kind of pain and loss,....and makes me a little sick to my stomach just thinking about what everyones families are going through right now. I can truly say that my heart goes out to each and every individual that has been affected by this terrible Accident!

Sincerely,

Arch ~

It says the white car (the camaro) and lost control and hit the grey car at a inersection. The grey car ran the light maybe david lost control buy trying to stop or move or something. But none the less it was confirmed that the tarus(sp) was at fault by running the light.

Sorry i didnt explain it all to well in the 1st post as a wasnt 100% sure on what really happend.

I just worked a crash that involved a 17 year old girl and her mother, both were dead upon impact. Upon notification, the husband/father took his own life.

Point being - it is a scary world out there. Regardless of whom you are, or what you do, be cognizant of your surroundings. You have to have the mentality that most motorcyclists do where you assume no one knows you’re there.

Basically I just wanted to say to everyone, be safe. Although I’m not a mod here anymore, I’m still a pseudo-mod in real life. So If any of you are going out, drinking and driving, flashing your firearms to passing motorists, or basically doing anything that I would constitute as retarded, I will personally come to where ever you are and kick the **** out of you.

PS – I felt the need to post this, as Jason is cool with me, and I sincerely feel bad for the situation him and his friends are in. That is all – carry on.

That's horrible to hear.

You are completely right, don't drive like idiots. If someone cuts you off don't tailgate them, don't EVER, EVER drink and drive and street racing is just plain stupid. There's nothing worse than when someone just trying to get home to be with their family dies because you wanted to prove you're faster than someone else.
