curry shoul be illegal
OMG ...
i just moved to a new place , saw the apartment 5 times , and never smelt it .
Then i finally move , and on the first day , the hallway REAKS of curry . Now u guys get that sig of mine ... woooow i'd rather spend an entire day in a public toilet rather than running from the elevator to my door covering my face .
WTF . i understand some people like it , but when you cook it at home daily for a family of 35 , you sentence your neighbours to death by asphixiation or suicide .

Curry smell is gross... When i went to the Algarve in portugal... Rented an apartment for a week, i mtelling you, the people that were there before me were east indians and made the place stink like curry... So i gave that apartment to my mom and my aunts and took another one... It was gorss.. But eventually they managed to get the smell out, after a couple days.

yeah the apartment i moved into reeked of curry too, 2 international students weres taying in here previously....
Took a day or two to get rid of the intense smell, but it still lingered if you kept the windows closed for weeks after. Thats one thing i hate about apartments, how they dont have any hooded kitchen fans for cooking! Anytime someone cooks it goes right into the hallway... but what can ya do.

don't this ppl know that it's degrading their own public image smelling like that constantly ?
i'd rather walk arround with a huge stain on my pants instead of smelling like that .

what u mean waste , somebody has to say this out loud .
and honestly , and no joke , it SHOULD be illegal .
i will be embarased everytime I have guests now , because of the aged--sweat smell on the hallway .
why the can't i blast beats legally and party , if they can intoxicate me legally ... that is some bullshit . They call it noise polution ... this is a lot closer to the original term POLUTION
also , on another note , I wonder how people can eat this ( literally ) . I never had the curiosity of taking a bite out of a fresh load i've dumped in the crapper , but my guess is from the resemblance in the smell , that it would taste more or less the same

i saw some curry stuff at mandarin . didn't smell from up close , i guess you need to know special techniques for it to stink like that

so you're saying that you are ignorant?
try it, you might like it. some say its an acquired taste, and others like it straight away.
instead of being a little whiny bitch about it, why not go and knock on the door of one of these nieghbours and tell them how disgusting the smell is to you. then ask them if you could have a meal with them so that you can actually understand what you are smelling. maybe you like the food so much that you end up not minding the smell.
or then again maybe you smell like cabbage.... and they wont even let you in the door because you reek to them.

i do not smell like cabbage , most of the foods i eat barely smell past the table area , in fact i shower once a day and clean my house , so i do not stink . but thanks for the tip , i might stink up the hallway of cabbage then so they get a taste of their own medicine .
it would have been scarry for me to like it though . and end up smelling like that . and then loose all my friends , my job , get dumped by my girlfriend and hear my mom bitching about beeing dirty and too lazy to take a shower .
on a side note , it smells more like dirty sweaty feet from up close , instead of sweat ... ooooooh well ...
