Speeding in itself is too broad though. It's 'to what degree' you are speeding. If I'm 5 MPH over the limit, I am speeding. Am I any greater a threat than the next guy doing 5 MPH less than me? No, I am not.

What am I reacting to? Some dip-o-shít who just flipped his car **** over tea-kettle into my lane? A person with 20/20 vision and half a brain who just stepped into heavy traffic on a whim? A cat with a death wish?
All these things you would be required to react to are things that other people are doing wrong (or retarded animals). Again, speeding is not the cause, merely a contributing factor. You could NOT be speeding and still not have enough time to react.

I rear ended someone because I was going too fast... It gave me less time to react and slow down from a faster speed. You can stop faster from 25 than you can 50. Its a given.. Thats all Im saying.
